ITIL jobs
ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) began as a small set of recommendations to standardise practices in both the public and private sector but there are now many ITIL jobs. It is a set of concepts and practices for Information Technology Services Management (ITSM), Information Technology (IT) development and IT operations.
ITIL gives detailed descriptions of important IT practices. The latest version (v3) includes ITIL Service Strategy, ITIL Service Design, ITIL Service Transition, ITIL Service Operation and ITIL Continual Service Improvement.
There are four ITIL certification levels at v3, these are Foundation, Intermediate, Expert and Master.
