• Clients benefit from having access to the full range of potential candidates in the market whilst still enjoying a central recruitment solution to streamline their processes.
• Elan's suppliers fall into the following categories:
  • Gold suppliers
  • Silver suppliers
  • Bronze suppliers
• Suppliers are evaluated quarterly against key performance indicators relating directly to delivery. They are also reviewed against the softer skills they provide of CV quality, cost, candidate management, communication, responsiveness and overall service. This ensures that all aspects of the supplier's performance is taken into consideration
• Elan also regularly secures feedback on its own supplier management performance to ensure that the service to our suppliers is continuously improving

Gold Suppliers

These companies are given the option be included in all the individual PSLs and provide Elan with a dedicated account manager

Have the option to be included on every Elan PSL are automatically introduced to new Elan clients where a PSL is required
Receive roles at least 6 hours ahead of Silver suppliers
Have a duration of agreement of 2 years or ongoing status on each PSL
May be invited to be involved with joint venture bids with Elan for new clients
Are published within Elan as the primary suppliers any account should engage with

Silver Suppliers
Supply between 2 and 5 different Elan accounts
May be introduced to new clients at the discretion of the Account Managers & PSL Manager are utilised should a Gold Supplier not be able to supply
Receive roles at least 6 hours ahead of Bronze suppliers
Have a duration of 12 months on each PSL before review

Bronze Suppliers
Are usually focussed towards only one Elan account
Are unlikely to be introduced to more than one client
Are utilised if Gold & Silver suppliers are not able to supply
Have a duration of 6 months on each PSL before review
